Timing
We'll gather after 11:00 AM beneath the Oratory for coffee, conversation, and reconnecting. The celebration will begin around 11:30 AM, followed by lunch together beneath the Oratory and (weather permitting) on the lawn. Come and go as feels right for you.
Practical Information
Directions: Please use GPS navigation to 931 O'Bannonville Rd. Note that there is an art festival in downtown Loveland beginning at 11, so consider using GPS or an alternate route to avoid any traffic delays.
Dress Code: Come as you are - think celebration, not ceremony! The Grailville property has abundant paths for walking if you'd like to explore the beautiful grounds.
Parking: Abundant parking is available on-site.
Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible with a chairlift available to access the lower level / restrooms.

Sharing Memories
There will be opportunities during the celebration to share memories out loud or contribute to poster boards in the space. If you'd like to prepare something to share, there's a section on the RSVP form where you can let us know.
Food & Dietary Needs
Lunch will be provided with vegan options available. If you have other dietary restrictions or special needs, please mention them when you RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate.
